Shop Refit, Worsley Road

The client purchased a run-down shop from auction and instructed us to oversee the whole project. The property had serious issues from under engineered beams, dangerous wiring and rotten joists. We had to install new steels, underpinning, restrain walls, remove all dangerous elements and start again. The project lasted just under 5 months and the end result was amazing, what our company did was something to be proud of.The retail shop was occupied by a bridal shop and the 2 flats above were occupied instantly. The surveyor couldn’t believe the before and afters.
