Loft Conversion, The Cliff

We had plans to create a forth bedroom in this cottage style house, we started with removing the stud wall from bedroom three to allow for the new stairs. We followed the plans to building regulations, insulated, installed two velux windows and created an en-suite bathroom after the clients realised there was more space. The finish was to a high standard and they were delighted with the results
